O.S. first edition maps and area books – some counties have Land use information. Some Area Books digitised and found online. O.S. County Series 25 inch give land parcel numbers then you look up the Area Book for that parcel and look up land use information. Not useful for: Bedfordshire, Northants, Leicestershire, Staffordshire, Huntingdonshire, Rutland, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Cornwall, Suffolk, Norfolk, Somerset, Worcestershire, Monmouthshire, Shropshire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire BUT USEFUL FOR: Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Cumberland, Lancashire, Hampshire, Kent, Essex, Cheshire, Berkshire, Sussex, Wiltshire, Northumberland, Westmorland, Surrey has land usage by plan ID so VERY USEFUL
